I didn't feel like I was hitting, but I was able to do a 5:16 3rd mile and basically hold a 5:14 for the distance. Warmup, race and cooldown makes 8 and that makes 73 for the week. Probably a good idea to not go for the extra 7 to get 80 this weeks, as I just hit 51 last week. Feel tired but OK otherwise. Going long tomorrow, provided I get a good sleep.
