11 at a 6:38 overall. Started sort of late and didn't want to do more in the dark and cold (not trying to wuss out, I just don't want this cold to hang around any longer than it has to and it better be gone before next weekend's race.)
62 miles for the week, and though light, at least I got two 13's and a 14 in over 6 days.
