6 in the a.m. at 6:56, 7 in the afternoon at 6:18. Felt sluggish as hell for the morning and really strong later. 13 total for the day (in case you're bad at math.)
I'm going to try for a double again tomorrow and then race and more Sunday. I'd really like to hit 80 even though it's only a 6 day week. Either that or now that I'm almost 4 weeks out I may switch to the Tuesday-Monday week (oh, how convenient.)
