Felt so much pop when I began, I figured I may as well utilize this as a workout day, especially if I'm going easy tomorrow and long on Sunday.
My fartlek miles were all around 5:47, so I'm figuring my actual pace was @ 4:50 or so for the 90's and faster for the rest. Felt the normal fatigue towards the end of the last reps, but kept form well. I figure I haven't raced or run terribly quickly since the DH, so this might be my only chance before NB.
