9 miles total on. Run for Dave 5.3 miles. Ran 27:56 and for 5:17's and felt great, except for a tough recovery mile at 5:32 involving a short steep hill. All the Kenyans from the Northeast showed up and resultingly, a guy like Mark Carroll came in 6th and I came in 12th. Still made team money and got some redemption after Bedford.
