Went from 6:56 to 6:12 after a 7:18 warmup and just never felt not-tired at any point. Stopped at a light with a mile to go, doing 6:18 pace and felt instantly tired. can't figure it out. Must be the race on Sunday.
I'm doubling tomorrow with an a.m. run and then the group run. Squantum 5 miler on Thursday and I better be ready to run sub 26 as the whole gang will be there, Gray included. Should be fun. Hope I don't suck.
