Did 13 alone @ 6:32 and never felt quite good, but still got through it. Did the last few @ 6:13. Talked with the group for 10 minutes, then went out with Geof for 7 @ 6:45. Felt much better on that and felt fine afterwards energy-wise and leg-wise.
8-9 tomorrow a.m. with Brent, 4-5 @ 6:00 pace, then maybe an afternoon 5 before work.
