12 miles at and after the Group Run. 5 miles with Asa @ 7:58 pace (perfect shake-out after yesterday's hard run) and then 7 @ 6:38 pace by myself (6:48-6:20.)
Felt great and was a good way to get in 12 on a recovery day.
