12 miles and a perfect medium-effort progression run. Did 6 out and 6 back on the Orleans/Brewster bike trail. 6:27 overall with the the last 10 going from 6:36 to 5:50. Felt strongest @ 8 and 9 (unlike when I was doing more long stuff and was strongest @ 10, but still happy with the fitness indications.)
7 tomorrow with strides before Rhody Sunday. I should end the week in the high 50's or @ 60. Not bad for a 6-day week, but I have to stop fucking around and get up to those 80's regularly if I want to have a good solid summer that will see me doing 100+ for Bay State.
