13 miles split between 5 @ 6:42 at noon and 8 @ 6:33 @ 2:30.
Felt the race yesterday a bit, but still felt fluid and strong. Bit of tightness up by my groin and glutes, but that's just the fatigue from the race.
Ran in the new pair of Idatens I got off ebay.
