This was the best run I've had since the marathon, hands down. Felt stronger and stronger as it went on. Did a 5:46 last mile and could have done 5 more like that. Gave me 65 for the week. Still nothing long, which I'm missing, but I'm very happy with how this week went and am glad to finally get back to some decent, regular mileage.
