10 miles indoors with 9 x 3:00 at 5:15 pace. Last 2 from 5:13 to 5:00. 2:00 at 7:30 recovery between. Great workout and makes me happy about where I'm at. Last time I tried more than 5 I felt it for days. Can't wait for the Yankee 10.
