20 miles from here to the end of the beaches in Wellfleet, around the ponds and back. Crazy, long, non-stop hills between 5 and 15 and my pace stayed bewteen 6:10 and 6:26 throughout. Nailed a 5:57 last. It was hot, I was dehydrated and I went out a bit fast, but what a great run and I feel no worse for the wear. 6:19 pace overall.
