Wellfleet Road Race. 4.87 in 25:57. Ran conservatively and won it for the 2nd time. Cooled down with Judge Jones. He has to be one of the coolest cats on the planet. Good man.
Need more miles, but this is going to be a tough week. Maybe one down week would do me good. Falmouth is only 5 weeks away though and I want to go well under 38.
