10.4 miles.
Tom suggested a hill workout on the beach road between Nauset Light and Coast Guard. Awesome idea and it was so much better than just doing track work or strides. 10 x 200 meter hills. We flew up them all out and then recovered fully coming back down.
Ran in the new Lunar Fly's I picked up today. Got 300+ miles out of the last ones. Great shoes.
