8 miles. Hot as hell and fast as fuck (alright, relatively fucking fast.)
Just felt great after the day off and who knows, maybe the standing for 3 hours outside the Apple Store just made my legs want to get going ASAP. Whatever the reason, the first mile felt dandy and before I knew it, I was down in the 6:12 range and feeling bouncy. So, I figured, OK, it's been a while since I had a good, quick training run, so let's keep it up.
It was @ 85 degrees and humid, but I figured the faster I run, the more of a breeze I get (and this should provide enough insight to figure out why I fail science and physics classes.)
Did a 5:44 and closed with a 5:37 before cooling down.
6:13 overall and felt great.
