12 miles @ 6:25 overall.
Will I ever learn? Still hot, but still a day to run hard. Had to pick it up @ mile 10 to pass someone on a bike and in an instant, the wheels fell off. Felt s little sick, a little run down and boom, I slowed right down. Then, without much thought, picked it right back up and ran the last mile and a half back at 6:12 pace. Go figure.
I've been running on the edge in this heat and today it bit me in the ass a little.
