Against some of the advice I've gotten, and with some of it, I ran today. I ran 11 miles and felt dandy. Just under 7:00 pace for the most part.
Ran with Tom and Justin and we never went terribly fast, but my stride was my stride again and I feel like with the way things have progressed in 3 days, 3 more days and I will be swell (maybe a bad choice of words, but you get the idea.)
