August 1st, 2010

18 miles with Tom from here to Newcomb's and back. 6:34 overall. Awesome run. Really kept it strong and were it not for the lack of water, could have gone longer. Hills felt great and the stride is strong and long.
All hyperbole aside, this really was my best week of training ever. Every run was good. Every part was the way it should have been. Speed there, strength there. 3 weeks of 80+, 1 week of 70 and now a 92. No injury, no weakness. Can't wait to race at the Irish Pub and then Falmouth.
