7 miles on the day. 3 early, 4 later. All easy @ 7:00 or slightly faster on the Nauset field.
The leg feels no worse than at the end of yesterday.
I will resume a regular week of training tomorrow, but I will hit the track either tomorrow or Tuesday to see how quick stuff under controlled conditions works.
The 5 day week went pretty well all in all and I'm really happy about how I feel after the 18 miler.
