Sept. 2nd, 2010

11.6 miles.
Warmed up for 2.5, then did 4 x 1000 with Tom. It was hot and we had a headwind on one side of the track (of course, that was followed by a delicious tailwind on the opposite.)
The goal was to see how the leg felt running fast for longer than a few hundred feet.
We hit 4:51 pace for the first 2, then I did one at a 4:40 pace by myself and finished with a solid 4:53.
Really psyched with how everything felt.
