Oct. 5th, 2010

10 miles in the woods with the hound.
Started out slowly, feeling the effects of last night's treadmilling. Pretty soon I got into a good groove and was going 6:30-6:20 easily. Pretty happy with how things are feeling of late.
Going to do 10 miles with 6 x 1000 with 2x100 surges tomorrow and see how the speed feels.
