15 miles with 6 x 5 min. @ 5:18 pace/6 min. @ 6:22 recovery, all back to back. Left hammy started to act up a touch @ 1/2 way through the 4th set. Thought I might have to be happy with being 2 short of the goal of 6. Drank a little Gatorade during the recovery and made it work.
Great workout and I'm pleasantly beaten up.
