Jan. 12th, 2011

12 miles in the snow @ 6:30 pace.
Really great run and it felt awesome to throw on the spikes and get my face frozen. No one out there except a few plows and a few crazy drivers. Good stuff.

All the competition are either taking the day off or running on a mill.
