0 miles. Went to the doctor and she gave me good news and no news:
It's not compartment syndrome. It's not torn. It's just, well, sore. Likely a bunch of little micro tears aggravated at the CVS 5k and made worse running for that fucking plane. Only prescription besides ice and Advil is rest. I'm wearing my Free's from here on out at work and making sure I don't do anything utterly stupid (yeah, good luck with that one.)
