35 minutes on the bike. All I had time for. Leg feels great. No soreness for the second day. I'm not going to run on it until it feels 100% for at least a few more days, but there's no soreness in the main soleus spot where it's been aching for so long. Really happy about this. PT 3 days this week and I'm hoping that will do it for a while.
