45 minutes on the bike. Went to PT earlier and got the OK to try some light running, 200 meters at a time. Of course, I did 200, then 400, then 400 , then 800, then shut it down. It was all from 7:33 to 6:56 pace, but it felt good to at least run. I felt a little tender in the spot, but nothing alarming. Nonetheless, I ended it there and came back and did the bike and then went to work.
Tonight I feel it, but it doesn't feel weak or hurt, so I think I'm ok.
