3 miles running (!)
Went out to the woods with the hounds (probably not a great idea, but the elevation changes were tame.)
Ran 7:54, 6:52, 6:17.
Felt a little tenderness, but OK. Happy that the biking seems to be maintaining my aerobic base, at least in the sense of speed. Endurance is a mystery, though.
Biked 40 minutes after.
