7 miles in Chatham.
Well, after the day off, the feeling great, the PT this morning and a whole lot of coffee, I decided to go fast.
Warmed up easy for 2, then went 5:55 into some wind, not working too hard, 5:54, working admittedly a little harder, then really went faster on the hills for a 5:36.
In the end, it showed me how much work I have to do, but I came away from it unscathed, so with more easy running this week, long on Sunday, I feel confident I can hit the track next week and get back to some 400's and the like. Good night.
