So, today got flipped with yesterday. I ran 8 miles @ 6:42 pace. I would have gone for 10 in order to get another 40 week, but it would have been for that and that alone, and that kind of thinking is what I'm trying to leave behind. The way the week went had me in a plan to do 3 straight days (which I did,) and then do consecutive days with one of those being 10 or more, which is what I did, so even though the the number wasn't great, it was another week that went as well as I could ask for. Speed starts this coming week.
