6 miles. Did PT yesterday. Should have stopped at 4 miles today, but know, had to get 6 and paid. Sore again.
Giving up on caring about Boston, or Amherst, or NB. I'm not going to get anywhere or be able to run happily again if I don't just get healthy, and that ain't gonna happen until I really get smart and stop doing stupid shot to get to goals that mean nothing without being able to train for them.
