7 miles @ 6:38 pace. Wouldn't you know it, the leg started to bitch @ mile 4, but I was a ways from home any way it was sliced, so I kept on and I got in without having done any damage, but still, even after ice, I know it's there. Have to see how it feels tomorrow. Scheduled to run and easy 6 or so with Scott, and that might be just fine, but I'll have to play it by ear.
