6.6 miles @ 6:57 pace.
Shocked at not the slightest bit of soreness or tightness for the first 4 miles. Nothing.
4-5 saw still no real tightening, and even the last mile had only the slightest twinge and I swear that was all the downhill pounding (ran 3.3 and 3.3 out in Nickerson on the roads.)
Really happy with this and I'll basically do the same thing I did last night after Chatham: stretch, ice, wrap take 2 Advil and go again tomorrow.
