4 miles easy @ 6:45 pace.
Felt tight, but better after I took the wrap off the leg. Happened to be around the track, so I happened to get there @ 2.5 miles and I happened to be warmed up, so I happened to try a 400 and see how it felt. Went relatively hard but consistent without straining at all. Ran a 72 and was happy with it.
