8 miles on the hills of Nickerson.
Warmed up for 2.5, then did 5 x 800 (roughly) at 5k pace. I wanted to make sure the legs are OK for the up and down pounding this race Sunday reportedly has in store.
After the 5th, everything was still OK, and the last one I did was the massive hill, on which I maintained a 5:40 pace, which for that hill is pretty good.
Still have no idea how I'll fare Sunday, but at least I should hold up OK.
