5 miles w/4 x 100(ish) strides. Probably a little longer than 100's, just because I was trying to gauge what race-pace feels like. Came away having no idea, but did @ 4:57 for the most part, which I know for a fact is not what I will be trying to hold for 7.42 miles tomorrow.
Still coughing up crap, but more of a concern is the fact that my quads are telling me they don't like the idea of 7.42 miles. Luckily, my head and my heart ultimately have jurisdiction and my legs will just have to shut the fuck up and work a little harder.
