So, this is it. I ran once this week, due to injury first, cold second.
It's pathetic, it's pitiful, but it is what it is, and I'm hoping that if I'm smart from here on out, this will be the last of it. I doubt I've lost much conditioning, but still, I definitely gained nothing (but weight.)
Even if I run a little tomorrow (as planned) and the leg's OK, I've still got the nagging fact that I can't breathe to contend with.
Hoping to just get to Saturday in one piece.
