Warmed up for 5, then hit the track for 3 sets of 400, 400, 800. All done at 5:00 pace (75, 75, 2:30.) Felt good and kept form throughout. 200 recovery at 7:30 between each and 400 between sets.
Definitely could have gone a little faster, but I just really want to get reacquainted with the pace for racing.
