8 @ 6:24 and then 5 @ 6:40 @ 30 minutes later (had a couple of important phone calls to make in between.)
The first run had me at a 6:10 pace for a good chunk and I felt great.
My legs haven't felt this healthy and strong since last year at this time. Now, I just need to not screw them up as the summer goes on.
