13.15 miles.
8.25 miles earlier when it was 87 degrees and it ended up taking more out of me than I thought it would, but I still didn't want to pass up the opportunity to do a track workout an hour later. So, I headed to the track and ran with Hyannis crew. Felt tired 1/2 way through, but managed to get through 4 x 400 in 72's and was pretty happy with that, given the 85 degree heat. Then did 6 x 200 in mostly 34's with a 33 and a 31, but man, it was all I had. I was bust. No wheels.
Still glad I did it and it was great to see Paul and gain, per usual, valuable insights. Just a righteous dude.
I'm taking everything easy between now and Sunday, as I need to recover and let the leg do its thing before I abuse it some more.
