10 miles on the mill from 6:53 to 6:12. Felt good throughout. Ran on the new Precor at the gym that both elevates and declines. Once every mile and a half or so, I'd put it up to a 7 grade for .2 and then a 3 downgrade for .15 or so.
Very happy that running this many days in a row and doing 10 at a decent clip today has left me feeling good in the legs and OK energy-wise. A good sign of improved health.
