16 miles @ 7:07 pace.
Don't know what posessed me to just run off into the woods with the idea of going easy and just having a meditative longer run, but that's what happened. Did the first 10 @ 7:12 and then went just a hair faster for the last 6, but not by much. Felt really good.
Ate a whole lot of food after and will continue to do so well into the night. Good day.
