8 miles with 4 x 2-hill Wellfleet workout.
Felt stronger than last time by a good lot. 15 degrees with a 25 m.p.h. wind going out, so I was a bit concerned about my nose, but after getting out of the wind and starting to work hard, everything returned to normal.
