9 early with Scott and Mike on the Wellfleet hills (workout.)
This time we did 10 in all, doing 5 up and down, 5 up and down on the back to back hills. Went hard on the first 2 and paid for it, as the next 8 were tough. Kept up the pace and made effort even, but man, it took everything I had. Definitely got some work in, but pushed it a little too hard, as my recoveries were slow and weak by the end.
Drove to Boston and ran 1 mile (hey, they all count, right?) on the Alter G in Woburn with the Level crew. Great time with great peeps (and damn, that thing is wild. I don't honestly know if I'd do it if I weren't running on it out of necessity due to injury, but I suppose that goes without saying. Now, with the injury I had, that thing would have been the bomb.
