Headed out before the storm hit for a workout with Scott. 10 x 70 sec. @ 4:50-4:58 pace with 60 sec. recovery. Did 5k pace for the first 55 sec. and then kicked the last 15 sec. on each. Felt really good. The last 4 were tough, but I felt strong. Nice to know that with no real speedwork I'm certain I could go 15:45 on a 5k no problem right now. Next week will be more of the same and then taper for Amherst.
