8 miles with Scott and Mike.
10 x 70 workout, ranging from 5:15-ish to 4:45-ish. Last one went for 90 seconds and ramped it up. Felt pretty damned good. Especially like the last few where I felt like I could surge and recover at a quick pace. Strong.
