9 in the a.m. with Mike and Scott doing the dreaded double hill workout in Wellfleet, except this time, I didn't blow it out on the first 2 and hate life for the next 8. Still ended up with the same numbers, but the efforts were more even and building and the recoveries were more honest as a result. Blasted the last 4 pretty good and then did 6 x 100 pickups to finish it all off.
Great workout.
4 easy later on the fields and track at Nauset. Right soleus is letting me know it exists, but I'm not too freaked about it. Just gotta be careful and attentive.
