Saturday, March 30th, 2013

15 miles, mostly easy, some trails.
Just trying to keep the leg happy and get in some time. Still powered up the hills in 11 and 12 and got 6:00 or less efforts in.
Leg felt good. Made a little noise on the last 2, but nothing to worry about. Quads feels as strong as ever.
