Well, this is a welcome post.
Went out with Scott and did 15 rather easy around the trails (and a little roads) of Truro and then for the last 3, he headed back to his house while I did the 1.5 mile hilly road loop (twice) around his house myself.
I was very happy to be able to do a faster 3 after 2 hours of running already. Went 6:37, 6:14, 5:54 and felt strong doing it. Total time was @ 2:20 and due to the cold that kept me out for 6 days last week, I was just happy to get that much time on my feet and finish strong. I figure I've got time for 2 more (maaaaaybe 3) really solid 2:15-2:45 long efforts and 1:45-2:00 runs. Other than that, it's racing NB and piling up the doubles. A couple of workouts will do me good, but it's all post-NB, so the priority will be miles and time.
