6.2 miles @ 6:48. Feeling better. Legs still feel like I dd twice the mileage, but nothing seems to be out of whack.
So, in the end, I end up with a 48 mile week that began with an exhausting "long run," an emotinally draining "recovery," legs that were about as beat up as they've ever been after one of these things, and some decent miles by the end. Not bad.
How it leaves me for the Ramble in a mere 6 days remains to be seen, but I'm looking forward to helping out the team however I can. Should be fun.
